Community terms

These terms explain the expectations for this private Brio proof of concept. They are not production-ready legal terms.

Staging placeholder: the operator’s legal entity, registered address, contact details, governing law, cancellation terms, and statutory notices must be supplied and reviewed before production.

Joining Brio

Membership is invitation-only. An application does not guarantee acceptance. Decisions are made manually by a Brio administrator and may be withdrawn where continued access would threaten member safety or the integrity of the community.

Respectful participation

Members must act respectfully, preserve the privacy of other attendees, and avoid sharing private venue or joining details. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, and unlawful use are prohibited.

Tickets and memberships

This staging service uses Stripe test payments only. It cannot accept real money. Production pricing, renewals, cancellation, withdrawal rights, refund policy, taxes, and invoicing require final commercial and legal review.

Account security

Keep your recovery password and passkeys secure. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Access may be temporarily suspended while an incident is investigated.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be presented for acknowledgement. The production contact method is intentionally absent from this prototype.
